Before you book your party, our events team will create a customized proposal for you. we highly encourage scheduling a site inspection at the venue at that time, but please note that walk-in visits are only available based on availability. To confirm your event date, we require a 50% deposit of the total estimated booking total, along with a signed agreement. please be aware that proposals without a deposit will not be guaranteed or held for a desired date until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid the day prior to the event.
All food and beverage served at your event must be provided, prepared, served, and consumed on the restaurant premises. no outside food or beverage is allowed without prior approval by management, and additional fees may apply.
Please note that all food and beverage, as well as other goods and services such as Dj, band, bartenders, additional staffing, performers, projector screen, microphone linens, furniture rentals, flowers, etc. are subject to a tax, 20% service charge, and 5% admin fee.
If your group is tax-exempt, please provide a copy of a valid state sales tax exempt certificate prior to the event. the client must be named as the exempt organization.
If you require any specialized audio and/or visual services, our special events team or an approved third-party vendor can arrange them. please be aware that the client is responsible for all third-party costs, and we are happy to provide our approved lists of preferred vendors upon request.
Our special events department will provide a list of preferred vendors, all vendors have been approved by the director of special events and have already provided proof of insurance naming Calle Dragones as an additional insured.
There is a $65 cake cutting fee. cakes should only be purchased through our authorized vendor. this helps ensure the quality and safety of the products served in the restaurant.
If you bring your own wine, corkage fees apply. the corkage fee for wine is $50 per bottle, with a maximum of two bottles, and the corkage fee for champagne is $150 per bottle, with a maximum of two bottles. please note that the bottle cannot be on the current wine list, and no large format bottles are allowed.
Valet parking is available for you and your guests at the rate of $20 per vehicle in front of the restaurant.
